Cancellations before dispatch

You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched. Please contact me as soon as possible with your order number.

If your order has already been dispatched, you can still request a return under the policy below. Dispatch does not remove your statutory cancellation rights.

Returns & exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted. Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item to arrange a return or exchange, and send it back within 14 days of notifying me.

Use the contact page to get in touch with your order number and let me know whether you would like a refund or an exchange. I will provide the UK return address and instructions. Exchange arrangements will be agreed with you.

Return postage & condition

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs back to the UK for change-of-mind returns. Please pack your sculpture securely; tracked postage and proof of posting are recommended.

Please return your item in its original condition. You may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

Refunds

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or evidence that you have sent it back, whichever is earlier. For cancellations before dispatch, refunds are made within 14 days of your cancellation request.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact me with your order number and details of the problem. Photos can help me resolve the issue. I will arrange an appropriate refund, repair or replacement in line with your consumer rights and cover reasonable return postage where required.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including applicable rights to cancel online purchases and rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
